CHOOSE A DELIVERY MODE

Virtual or in person.

Virtual / asynchronous

A structured weekly check-in covers completed sessions, effort and recovery, anything affecting training, progress, next week’s availability and questions. An optional talking video of five minutes or less is separate from exercise technique clips.

Your coaching agreement sets contact methods, check-in arrangements, included reviews and response times.

In person at Gym-O

The ten-week coached plan includes Matt being present for one 45–60-minute workout each week and answering training questions during that session.

Choose the delivery mode for each included coaching session. Virtual and in-person sessions are alternatives within the agreed service.

A clear start. A plan you can follow.

Discuss your sport, training experience, schedule and equipment.

  2. Establish your starting point.

Confirm the appropriate service and what it includes. Physical therapy begins with its separate clinical evaluation.

  3. Receive your assigned plan.

Your training appears in your athlete account when your coach has approved access and assigned it.

  4. Train with a clear next step.

Follow the plan. With agreed coach access, review progress and discuss adjustments.
